Dalunya Limousine and Taxi Services is a Drug Free Workplace.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure the safety of all employees. This policy applies to all employees and contractors. Under this policy substances covered are: alcohol, illegal drugs prescription drugs, over the counter drugs and synthetic drugs.

Employees are not allowed to install private locks on any property supplied by the company. We reserve the right to inspect company premises, including company vehicles, lockers, storage areas, offices and othe rcompany properties. We reserve the right to conduct alcohol and drug tests at any time. The company may terminate your employment if you violate this policy, refuse to be tested, provide false information or fail to cooperate in a company investigation regarding drug or alcohol use.

Definitions under this policy.

a. "Company Premises" include our buildings, grounds, parking lots and company provided vehicles.
b. "Alcohol Concentration" means the number of grams of alcohol.
c. "Alcohol" means the intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol.
d. "Drug" means any substance other than alcohol.
e. "Controlled Substance" has the meaning assigned by 21 U.S.C 802 and section 481.002(5) and (6) of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
f. "Illegal Drug" is any drug that is illegal for possession, use, or sales.
g. "Drug-Free Workplace" means a workplace where employees are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Company Rules.
a. You may not use or be under the influence of drugs.
b. You may not sell, or buy drugs. We deserve the right to report such action to the authorities.
c. You may not use or be under the influence of inhalants.
d. You must cooperate with any investigation into drugs or alcohol use.
e. You may not use machinery while taking prescription or over the counter drugs that impair your ability to work safly.
f. You must follow all rules if you take prescription or over the counter drugs while on company premises or while conducting company business.


Testing may include urine or blood.

Policy Agreement.

I have read a copy of the company Drug Free Workplace Policy. I agree to follow the rules in the policy.

I consent to a drug or alcohol test as a condition of my intial employment or continues employment. I authorize any laboatory or medical provider to release such test result to the company.
